Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: January 1, 2025


Welcome to Exotic Sudz Mobile Detailing LLC. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or using our mobile detailing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer a variety of mobile vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to:

  • Exterior washing and waxing

  • Interior cleaning and vacuuming

  • Upholstery shampooing

  • Paint correction and protection

 

The scope of services will be detailed in your booking confirmation.

2. Bookings and Payments

  • Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or via email. Confirmation will be sent once the booking is completed.

  • Payment: Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept [cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payment apps].

  • Deposits: All required deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your appointment time and will be applied toward your final balance if service is completed.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Customer Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in being charged the full appointment cost.

  • Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly, and deposits will be refunded or rescheduled.
     

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access and Availability: Ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe, legal, and flat location for service. If access is restricted, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

  • Pre-Cleaning: Clients must remove personal belongings and large debris from the vehicle prior to service. Failure to do so may result in an upcharge for additional time and labor required to clear out items and prepare the vehicle for detailing. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
     

5. Liability and Damage

  • Inspection: A pre-service inspection will be conducted to document existing damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages not disclosed during the inspection.

  • Service Limitations: While we strive for perfection, some stains, scratches, or damages may be permanent and beyond repair.

  • Incidental Damage: We are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control, including faulty materials or components of the vehicle.
     

6. Warranty and Satisfaction

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

  • No Warranty: Services are provided "as is," with no guarantees or warranties unless explicitly stated.
     

7. VIP Program Terms

  • Terms and Conditions for the Exotic Sudz VIP Program vary per customer. Individual terms will be provided and agreed upon via email prior to enrollment in the program.

  • By signing up for the Exotic Sudz VIP Program, the customer automatically agrees to these Terms and Conditions, along with the general Terms and Conditions outlined in this document.
     

8. Upcharges Due to Vehicle Condition

  1. Pricing & Condition Assessment: All detailing services are priced based on a vehicle in standard condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, tar, tree sap, or any other condition requiring additional time, labor, or specialized products will result in an upcharge.

  2. Pre-Service Inspection & Upcharge Agreement: Before starting any service, a pre-inspection will be conducted to assess the condition of the vehicle. If additional charges apply, the client will be notified and required to approve the costs before work begins.

  3. Client Refusal of Service Due to Upcharges: If the client declines to proceed with service because of necessary upcharges, the client will be billed for the full cost of the originally scheduled appointment.

  4. Refusal to Pay Upcharges After Approval: If a client refuses to pay for approved upcharges after service has commenced, the detailer reserves the right to halt service without refund and pursue legal or collection action for the completed work.

  5. Deposits & Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. Failure to approve upcharges after booking will not release the client from payment obligations.

  6. No Guarantee Without Proper Service Selection: If a client declines recommended upcharges and proceeds with a lower-tier service, the results may not meet their expectations. No refunds or rework will be provided.
     

9. Final Inspection Policy

Upon completion of the service, the customer must inspect the vehicle while the detailer is still present. Any concerns must be addressed immediately. Once the detailer leaves, all sales are final, and no refunds or re-services will be provided. Clients must check their vehicle within a 5–10 minute window after service completion.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely to provide services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notifying you directly.
