Welcome to Exotic Sudz Mobile Detailing LLC. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or using our mobile detailing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
We offer a variety of mobile vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to:

Exterior washing and waxing

Interior cleaning and vacuuming

Upholstery shampooing
-
Paint correction and protection
-
The scope of services will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
2. Bookings and Payments

Scheduling: Appointments can be booked online, over the phone, or via email. Confirmation will be sent once the booking is completed.

Payment: Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, Zelle, and online payments.

Deposits: Some services may require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to rescheduled services if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Upcharges Due to Vehicle Condition

Pricing & Condition Assessment: All detailing services are priced based on a vehicle in standard condition. Excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mold, tar, tree sap, or any other condition that requires additional time, labor, or specialized products will result in an upcharge.

Pre-Service Inspection & Upcharge Agreement: Before starting any service, a pre-inspection will be conducted to assess the condition of the vehicle. If additional charges apply, the client will be notified and required to approve the additional costs before work begins.

Client Approval & Authorization: The client must provide verbal or written approval (text, email, or signed agreement) for any upcharges before the detailing process begins. If the client does not approve the additional charges, they may opt for a lower-tier service, if available, or decline the service entirely.

Refusal to Pay Upcharges: If a client refuses to pay for necessary upcharges after agreeing to the service, the detailer reserves the right to:

Halt service immediately without refunding any deposits paid.

Withhold vehicle release until the agreed-upon charges are settled (for mobile services, the detailer will not complete the work beyond the originally agreed scope).

4. Final Inspection Policy

Upon completion of the service, the customer must inspect the vehicle while the detailer is still present. Any concerns must be addressed immediately.

Once the detailer leaves, all sales are final, and no refunds or re-services will be provided. No exceptions.

Due to scheduling constraints, we cannot wait indefinitely for the client to inspect the vehicle. Clients must check their vehicle within a [5-10] minute window after service completion.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Customer Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid loss of deposit.

Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified promptly, and deposits will be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Access and Availability: Ensure the vehicle is accessible and parked in a safe, legal, and flat location for service. If access is restricted, additional fees or rescheduling may apply.

Pre-Cleaning: Remove personal belongings and large debris from the vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.
7. Liability and Damage

Inspection: A pre-service inspection will be conducted to document existing damages. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages not disclosed during the inspection.

Service Limitations: While we strive for perfection, some stains, scratches, or damages may be permanent and beyond repair.

Incidental Damage: We are not liable for damages caused by factors beyond our control, including faulty materials or components of the vehicle.
8. Warranty and Satisfaction

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

No Warranty: Services are provided "as is," with no guarantees or warranties unless explicitly stated.
9. Wash Subscription and VIP Program Terms
We offer the following subscription plans:

$40 Per Month - Wash & Vac Subscription

1 Wash & Vac per month (any size vehicle).

Cancel anytime.
-
Unused washes do not roll over ("Use Them or Lose Them").

1 vehicle per subscription.
-
Clients are responsible for booking their own appointments.
-
Must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so results in the loss of 1 wash.
-
Upcharges may apply depending on the condition of the vehicle.

$60 Per Month - Deluxe Subscription

1 Deluxe Detail per month (any size vehicle).
-
Cancel anytime.
-
Unused details do not roll over ("Use Them or Lose Them").

1 vehicle per subscription.

Clients are responsible for booking their own appointments.

Must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so results in the loss of 1 detail.
-
Upcharges may apply depending on the condition of the vehicle.

$80 Per Month - Exotic Sudz VIP Basic Subscription

2 Wash & Vacs per month (any size vehicle).
-
Cancel anytime.
-
Washes roll over month to month but reset January 1st each calendar year.
-
Up to 2 vehicles per subscription.
-
Lose all rollover washes upon cancellation.
-
Upgrade to Deluxe Package for $20 per wash.
-
Clients are responsible for booking their own appointments.
-
Must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so results in the loss of 1 wash.
-
Upcharges may apply depending on the condition of the vehicle.

$100 Per Month - Exotic Sudz VIP Deluxe Subscription

2 Deluxe Details per month (any size vehicle).

Cancel anytime.
-
Details roll over month to month but reset January 1st each calendar year.

Discounts on select add-ons available.
-
Up to 2 vehicles per subscription.
-
Lose all rollover details upon cancellation.

Clients are responsible for booking their own appointments.
-
Must cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance; failure to do so results in the loss of 1 detail.

Upcharges may apply depending on the condition of the vehicle.
10. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during booking will be used solely to provide services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or notifying you directly.
